Policy

PhillyTech365 expects our attendees to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully and to treat others the same way.

Harassment of any kind is not tolerated. Harassment includes offensive verbal statements directed to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion. It includes behavior such as intimidation, stalking, following, secretive photography/recording, continuous disturbance of sessions, and inappropriate physical contact. Those whose behavior is viewed as harassment will be asked to stop immediately; if the behavior continues, the participants will leave the conference and will not be refunded.

Conference attendees, sponsors, speakers and staff are not permitted to bring their own food or beverages into the conference facilities including sealed bottles of alcohol intended for gifts, auction items or off-site consumption. All catering is provided by Villanova University.

PhillyTech365 is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property belonging to users of the facilities.

The use of candles, adhesives, glitter, sand weights, confetti, confetti cannons, rice, dance wax, powder or similar materials is not permitted. Decorations and/or displays must not compromise public safety or increase the risk of property damage.

  • Stay within posted fire capacities.
  • Maintain access to fire exits.
  • No candles or special effects equipment such as smoke, fog and fire machines, sparklers, etc. are permitted.

Individuals are financially responsible for any special clean-up or damages resulting from misconduct during the conference.

Due to the nature of our facilities and proximity to other events, noise levels must be minimized.
